At DROOL, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible decor and furniture. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
