Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery team will contact you within 48 hours of your order to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes! We want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches for free via our 'Swatches' page to test colors and textures in your own lighting.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your DROOL account to view real-time status updates on your home essentials.
Is assembly required for your products?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Smaller decor items usually arrive fully assembled, while larger furniture may require light assembly. Detailed instructions and tools are included in every box.
